About

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist and combat veteran specializing in trauma therapy, moral injury, PTSD, and life transitions for military, intelligence, and other high-stakes service professionals. My work is grounded in advanced clinical training and real-world operational experience, allowing me to bring both clinical expertise and lived understanding to therapy.

I use evidence-based approaches, including cognitive processing therapy (CPT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) and relational frameworks, to help clients process difficult experiences, rebuild identity, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with their values. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each person’s goals.

I provide confidential telehealth services across PSYPACT's 43 states and work primarily with veterans, service members, and professionals navigating stress, burnout, and transition.
